Good news for people who love the convenience and vibes of Holland Village.
A private housing site just next to One Holland Village drew three bids at a state tender on 14 May 2024. The top bid of $ 805.39m came from a consortium led by UOL Group and Capitaland Development. This worked out to be about $1,285 per square foot per plot ratio. The site area is 12,388 square metre (about 133,344 sq feet) and could be built to a maximum permissible gross floor area of 58224 square metre (about 626,723 sq feet). Plot ratio is 4.7. The site at Holland Drive was launched for public tender on 27 February 2024.
According to analysts polled by the Business Times, this site could yield about 680 private homes. A spokesperson for the UOL & Capitaland consortium said if awarded the tender, it planned to develop two 40-storey condominium towers accommodating 680 units. Can you image the lovely unblocked views from the units facing the landed housing areas of D 10 and D11? Superb!
One Holland Village Residences was launched in Nov 2019 and consists of 296 units. The average PSF is $2875 with the highest PSF at $3426. One Holland Village Residences is fully sold by Aug 2023.
